Delete your Hikeon account

Effective 22 August 2026

Request deletion: email privacy@hikeon.co.ke from the email address registered to your Hikeon account. Use the subject line “Hikeon account deletion request”.

What to include

Include your registered email address and phone number so we can locate and verify the request. Do not send passwords, mobile-money PINs, or identity documents.

What happens next

We will verify the request, disable the account, and delete or de-identify associated personal data unless we must retain limited information for legitimate reasons such as legal compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute. We will tell you if any information must be retained and why.

Using the app

You can also initiate this request from Help & Support in the Hikeon app. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account or booking data.

If you have an upcoming hike, contact the organizer before requesting deletion so you can understand the effect on your reservation.
